The DC-W760 Corrugated Roofing Sheet is a durable and flexible roofing solution suitable for various construction needs. With strong performance, long lifespan, and cost efficiency, it is an ideal choice for modern roofing projects.
The DC-W750 corrugated roofing sheet is a single-layer color-coated profiled steel sheet formed by cold roll forming technology. It does not include an insulation core and can be used as a single-layer roofing system or combined with insulation materials such as glass wool to form a double-layer insulated roof.
Base Materials:
Hot dip galvanized steel Z180 to Z275
Galvalume steel AZ150 to AZ200 with enhanced corrosion resistance
Compliant with GB T 12755 and GB T 2518 standards
Coating Options:
PE polyester coating cost-effective with 5 to 10 years warranty
SMP silicon modified polyester coating
PVDF fluorocarbon coating suitable for coastal and high UV environments with service life exceeding 15 to 20 years
Color Options:
Ocean blue light gray red iron gray and other colors customizable according to project color charts
| Parameter | Standard Value | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Model | YX35 125 750 DC W750 | Wave height 35 mm pitch 125 mm effective width 750 mm |
| Effective Width | 750 mm | Actual installation coverage |
| Raw Material Width | 1000 mm | Material utilization 75 percent |
| Wave Height | 35 mm | Trapezoidal profile with 6 full ribs |
| Wave Pitch | 125 mm | Center distance between ribs |
| Thickness | 0.4 to 0.8 mm | 0.5 mm most common approximately 4.0 kg per square meter |
| Length | 4 to 12 m | Customizable limited by transport or on site forming |
| Recommended Purlin Spacing | Up to 1.2 m for 0.5 mm thickness | Depends on thickness |
The 35 mm wave height provides enhanced rigidity compared to low-profile sheets. A thickness of 0.5 mm is suitable for purlin spacing up to 1.2 m. Recommended roof slope is not less than 5 percent. The sheet can withstand standard wind loads snow loads and maintenance loads. For high wind regions thicker sheets or standing seam systems are recommended.
Side overlap is one wave 125 mm and longitudinal overlap along the slope should not be less than 200 mm. Waterproof self-drilling screws must be installed at the wave crest together with weather-resistant sealant. Proper integration with gutters flashing and ridge capping is required. For high rainfall areas double-layer roofing with enhanced sealing is recommended.
The sheet is a non-combustible metal material with A1 fire rating and no flaming droplets. It is fully recyclable and meets green building requirements.
A 0.5 mm sheet weighs approximately 4.0 kg per square meter which is significantly lighter than concrete roofing materials. PE coating provides around 10 years service life in inland environments while PVDF coating combined with galvalume steel can achieve over 20 years under normal conditions.
Purlins must be properly leveled and spacing controlled according to thickness
0.5 mm thickness maximum 1.2 m spacing
0.6 to 0.8 mm up to 1.5 m
Fastening must be done only at the wave crest never at the valley
Self-drilling screws with waterproof washers should be used with one screw per crest and additional fixing at edges
Side overlap 125 mm one wave longitudinal overlap not less than 200 mm with full sealant application
Ridge eaves ventilation openings and skylights must be sealed with flashing and sealant
Drilling holes on panels is strictly prohibited unless proper waterproof reinforcement and cover plates are applied
Minimum roof slope should be 5 percent
Avoid installation under low temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius for sealant application
Suitable Applications:
Industrial factories
Warehouses and logistics centers
Simple shelters and canopies
Prefabricated buildings
Agricultural greenhouses
Community infrastructure projects
Best suited for inland areas with moderate wind and rainfall and projects with medium budget requirements.
Not Recommended For:
Coastal regions with frequent typhoons
High altitude heavy snow areas
In such cases higher profile standing seam systems such as YX54 410 820 are recommended.
Comparison with DC-W820 and DC-W840:
The 750 mm effective width is narrower than 820 mm and 840 mm resulting in slightly higher material consumption. However the 35 mm wave height offers better deformation resistance compared to 25 mm profiles. The cost is positioned between standard low profile corrugated sheets and high rib standing seam systems.
| Item | DC W750 YX35 125 750 | DC W820 | DC W840 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Effective Width | 750 mm | 820 mm | 840 mm |
| Wave Height | 35 mm | 25 mm or 54 mm | 25 mm |
| Material Utilization | 75 percent | 82 percent | 84 percent |
| Waterproof and Wind Resistance | Standard exposed fastener | Stronger in standing seam version | Standard exposed fastener |
| Application | Inland industrial buildings | Inland and coastal depending on type | Inland simple buildings |
Sheets are packed with moisture-proof film and secured with steel straps. Protective end covers are applied and clear labeling includes model thickness length and batch number.
Sheets should be transported flat on trucks to avoid deformation. Speed should be controlled to minimize vibration. Open transport during rain is not recommended.
Free samples are available. Each batch is supplied with material certificates and coating test reports. Inspection is conducted according to GB T 12755 2008 standards.
Installation guidance is provided. For non-human damage issues claims can be made according to coating warranty terms.
